Why I Hate Fat Loss Diet For Women
A million things have been said about fat loss diet for women such as diet plans for pregnant women. You’ve been given tips of how to do it in 3 minutes and1 minute or within whatever ridiculous time frame. You’ve been given 2 steps to this 10 steps to that, 5 must dos, what you shouldn’t eat, what you should eat, diet plans for obese pregnant woman, healthy meal plan for a pregnant woman and all that jazz. I hate all these, I hate the fact that you are being taken advantage of. I hate fat loss diet for women because of a million reasons.
It’s making people richer at the expense of others
Fat loss diet for women has made millions of people reach. Why do I say so? because there are some many desperate women out there who would do anything to lose weight and they purchase any fat loss diet that comes along.
I hate it because they use misleading advertising
I don’t know about you but I do not believe some of the things they say about the diet plans on TV. I do not want to get into details lest I go against the powers that be and get into trouble but I am sure you know what I am talking about. I can bet that advertising for fat loss diets for women is misleading at least 80% of the time.
They do not tell you the things you need to know
Give a man fish and you have helped him for a day and teach the man how to fish and you would have helped him for a lifetime. I strongly believe in this philosophy. While it is all well and good to have a fat loss diet plan drawn out to you, you also need to understand the underlying factors.
You need a program that tells you what is causing you to gain weight and how the program will help you exactly.
The diets are not custom made for each unique woman
Every woman is different from the other. You are you and your body responds differently to different things. When a diet plan is being sold to the masses I often cringe because I doubt its effectiveness in all woman. In fact this goes to prove my point. To most seller it’s a numbers game, the more women who buy the more money they make.
